Networking
Providing sustainable resources that promote healthy communities and build stronger futures is a task that can not be completed alone. Networking with other groups committed to serving those in need is essential to efficiently and quickly reach out to others. We at Medical Missionaries strive to serve as a center for networking activities in our efforts to serve the poorest of the poor.
Through our efforts we have sent medicines, medical supplies, and medical equipment (see below for our current inventory list) to over 34 countries world-wide. We have collaborated with Ministries of Health in Third World countries as well as Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) that are faith-based or civic in nature.
Medical Missionaries realizes that the most important reason to network with other groups is that despite our collective resources, the problems of the poor are still greater than what we can provide as a united group. Therefore, we must continue to improve and increase our resources and by sharing our resources and interests, we are able to provide hope to many.
We at Medical Missionaries have a vested interest in helping other medical mission groups successfully address the needs of people in the Third World. As a result, individuals or groups who are interested in obtaining supplies and equipment from Medical Missionaries should submit a list of needed items along with proof that you or your group is a USA licensed healthcare professional (MD, DO, NP, RN, PharmD, etc.) and be prepared to pay shipping costs plus the cost Medical Missionaries collection service, which varies depending on the size of the shipment. In addition, responsible and interested parties should have secure relationships in the recipient countries as it is important that the supplies reach the people in need.

Surgical Clinic January 30, 2008-February 7, 2009: general surgery clinic (local or spinal anesthesia procedures only; no procedures requiring general anesthesia provided) .
